Grace and the Gentleman is a vintage jazz duo led by vocalist Grace Armstrong and guitar player Mark “The Gentleman” Wilson, two seasoned musicians whose friendship and collaboration span over two decades.
Since first joining forces in 1999 in a Jazz band called Truth About Cats, Mark and Grace also founded the Americana band Foundog Wilson.
Grace and Mark have shared countless stages, refining a musical chemistry that’s both effortless and electric. With Grace and the Gentleman, they bring their deep love of golden-era jazz to life, delivering classic standards, playful swing, and timeless ballads that evoke the charm of a bygone era.
Grace’s soulful vocals, shaped by her background in theater, song and dance beautifully compliment Mark’s masterful guitar work, creating performances that feel intimate, nostalgic, and unforgettable.
